This is one from the archives: a recipe that the students made for Rosh Hashanah two years ago… Enjoy these sweet muffin-sized treats today!
Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup tea (room temperature)
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 350C.
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Grease or line 18 muffin cups.
- Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full.
- Bake in oven approximately 20 minutes or until golden on top and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and enjoy!
